A beautiful brow frame the eyes. Sadly with age, the brow droope with time and create the triangle eyes. Many people assume they have excess skin on eyelid and hence request eyelid to be be removed. Yet, aggressive upper eyelid blepharoplasty cause brow to be pulled down even more and cause the sad downward brow look.
Therefore brow lift should be done to reposition eyelid to its original youthful position. It is important not to overdo it to avoid a surprised look.
